一起干式鐵心串聯(lián)電抗器燒損原因淺析及處理

    摘 要:針對(duì)一起干式鐵心串聯(lián)電抗器燒損的事故,通過(guò)對(duì)燒損的串聯(lián)電抗器進(jìn)行解體檢查,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行期間出現(xiàn)的溫升及噪聲過(guò)高的問題展開分析,認(rèn)為引起電抗器燒損及噪聲大的主要原因是由于鐵心材質(zhì)存在問題,并提出了檢修實(shí)施方案,產(chǎn)品重新投入運(yùn)行后,引起鐵心串聯(lián)電抗器溫度過(guò)高及噪聲大的主要原因已基本排除。

Elementary Analysis and Treatment of a Case of Dry-Type Iron Core Series Reactor Burned Loss Cause

    Abstract: This paper took the examination on the disintegrated parts of burned loss series reactors and carried out analysis for problems of fast temperature rise and loud noises during operation. The main reason causing series reactors burned loss and loud noises were the problem of iron core material. The overhaul embodiment was proposed and its effect was verified.
