聲發(fā)射技術在GIS氣體泄漏檢測中的應用

摘 要:氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關設備(GIS) 中SF6氣體泄漏會在泄漏點形成氣體湍流,產(chǎn)生超聲波,根據(jù)這一特性,提出一種新的帶電檢測方法——聲發(fā)射技術,該方法通過檢測超聲波信號,能夠在帶電的情況下,快速、準確對泄漏點進行定位。對其可行性進行了理論分析,并通過現(xiàn)場實驗驗證了其有效性。該方法為GIS 氣體泄漏檢測提供了更加快捷實效的途徑。

Application of Acoustic Emission Technology in Gas Leakage Detection for Gas Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Abstract: Once the gas SF6 in the gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) leaks, the gas turbulence will form and the ultrasonic will produce. According to this feature, this paper proposed a new kind of on-line detection way—acoustic emission technique. This method could rapidly and accurately locate the point of leakage for on-line equipment by detecting the ultrasonic signal. This paper carried out theoretical analysis for its feasibility and verified its effectiveness through the experiment. This method provides a more efficient and effective way for gas leakage detection of GIS.
