柔性石墨復(fù)合接地材料沖擊耐受特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

    摘 要:介紹了新型柔性石墨復(fù)合接地材料的組成及降阻原理,利用沖擊及工頻電流實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺,在不同電流大小情況下分別對不同直徑、不同長度、不同材料組成的接地體進(jìn)行沖擊和工頻電流耐受實(shí)驗(yàn)。觀察耐受前和耐受后各柔性石墨復(fù)合接地材料直流電阻的變化情況,實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,施加不同沖擊及耐受電流時(shí),相同長度以及材料組成相同的柔性石墨復(fù)合接地體,其直徑大小對電阻的變化影響較大,隨著柔性石墨復(fù)合接地體直徑的增加,其電阻的變化特性逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定,且柔性石墨復(fù)合接地材料的穩(wěn)定性均強(qiáng)于圓鋼以及固體石墨的穩(wěn)定性。

Experimental Study on Impact Resistance of Flexible
Graphite Composite Grounding Material

    Abstract: Introduction was made to a new type of flexible graphite composite grounding material composition and the resistance reduction principle. The experimental platform of impact and power frequency current was used to carry out impact and power frequency current tolerance experiments for different diameters, different lengths and different material composition grounding bodies respectively under the conditions of different current sizes. Observation was made to direct current resistance changes of the flexible graphite composite grounding material before and after the tolerance. The experimental data shows that when the different impact and current tolerance exerted, the diameter sizes of the same length and the flexible graphite composite grounding body composed of the same material had bigger impacts on the resistance changes. With the increase of flexible graphite composite grounding diameter, the change characteristics of the resistance gradually stabilize and the stability of flexible graphite composite grounding material is stronger than that of round steel and solid graphite.
