一種交流恒流電源的設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:針對國內(nèi)低壓電器試驗(yàn)室普遍存在試驗(yàn)電源輸出不穩(wěn)定問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種交流大電流、可調(diào)節(jié)的智能化恒流源,該恒流源以可編程邏輯控制器作為控制核心,以兩級調(diào)壓裝置作為執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),以液晶觸摸屏作為人機(jī)交互界面,配合變壓器、電量隔離傳感器等元器件形成一套閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),并采用PID 控制算法對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行精確地控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸出電流穩(wěn)定、精確度高、可調(diào)節(jié)等功能。

Design of an Alternating Current Constant Current Power Supply

Abstract: Aiming at defects such as power output instability in low voltage electrical apparatus test room, this paper designed a kind of alternating current, large current, adjustable intelligentized constant flow source, which took the programmable logic controller as the controlling core, with the two level regulator as the executive body, with the liquid crystal display (LCD) touch screen as a man-machine interface, with the transformer, power isolation sensor, relay, transformer and other components to form a closed loop control system. The proportion integration differentiation (PID) control algorithm was used to control the system accurately, realizing stable output current, high accurate and adjustable functions.
