一起變壓器套管接頭發(fā)熱缺陷的分析及處理

摘 要:套管引線接頭發(fā)熱缺陷引起的故障是變壓器的多發(fā)故障,介紹了一臺變壓器高壓套管接頭過熱缺陷,通過分析紅外圖譜以及直流電阻測試數(shù)據(jù),確認(rèn)出缺陷部位。經(jīng)解體檢查找出發(fā)熱缺陷原因系定位螺母松動所致,給出了缺陷處理方法,并提出防范此類缺陷再次發(fā)生的措施。

Analysis and Treatment for Generate Heat Defect of
Transformer Casing Pipe Connector

Abstract: The fault caused by the generate heat defect of casing pipe lead connector happens frequently in transformers. Introduction was made to the overheating defect of transformer high-voltage casing pipe connector. The defect location was determined by analyzing infrared spectrogram and direct current resistance test data. After strip inspection, it is found that the generate heat defect is caused by the tottering setscrew nut. This paper gave the defect treatment methods and raised counter measures to keep away this type of defects happening again.
