一種三電平功率單元試驗方法研究

摘 要:介紹了二極管中點箝位型(NPC) 三電平功率單元的特點及吸收電路,分析了由于主電路漏電流的不同引起電容電壓不平衡的問題,提出了一種電壓均衡電路及一種適用于NPC 三電平絕緣柵雙極晶體管(IGBT) 功率單元雙脈沖測試方法,并闡述了NPC 三電平功率單元雙脈沖開通過程和理論依據,試驗驗證了該方法的正確性及可行性。

Research on a Kind of Power Unit in Three-Level Circuit Test

Abstract: Introduction was made to the characteristics and snubbed circuits of diode neutral point clamped (NPC) three-level power unit.Analysis was made to the capacitor voltage unbalance problem caused by leakage current of main circuit. This paper proposed a kind of voltage balance circuit and a kind of suitable NPC three-level insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) power unit double pulse test method and expounded on the open process and theoretical basis of the NPC three-level power unit double pulse. The experimental result verifies the correctness and feasibility of this method.
