基于威布爾模型的風(fēng)機(jī)電氣滑環(huán)和變槳通信故障研究

摘 要: 介紹了風(fēng)機(jī)維修現(xiàn)狀,研究了風(fēng)機(jī)變槳系統(tǒng)故障數(shù)據(jù),通過探索電氣滑環(huán)更換和變槳通信故障之間的聯(lián)系,建立了兩者的威布爾模型故障函數(shù);分析結(jié)果表明:在一年運(yùn)行時(shí)間內(nèi),電氣滑環(huán)隨時(shí)間的增長更換率更高,而變槳通信則相反,由此可以進(jìn)一步制定其維修策略。

Study on Wind Generator Electric Slip Ring and Variable Propeller Communication Faults Based on Weibull Model

Abstract: Introduction was made to the present situation of wind turbine maintenance and study was made on the fault data of wind turbine variable propeller system. By researching on the relationship between electric slip ring replacement and variable propeller communication system fault, this paper established their Weibull model fault function. The analysis result shows that during one year operation time, the electrical slip ring replacing rate is increasing while the variable propeller communication failure is opposite,which makes the maintenance strategy set down further.
