基于單片機(jī)的繞組溫控儀智能化改造

摘 要: 介紹了基于單片機(jī)的繞組溫控儀智能化改造的背景、原理及軟硬件方案。以單片機(jī)為主控單元的智能匹配器替代傳統(tǒng)的變流器,通過(guò)對(duì)熱模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)的閉環(huán)控制實(shí)現(xiàn)了加熱電流的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié),從根本上解決了繞組溫度測(cè)量不準(zhǔn)確的問(wèn)題。測(cè)試結(jié)果證明該方案適用于各種型號(hào)的繞組溫控儀的智能化改造,具有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Intelligent Transformation of Winding Temperature Controller Based on Single Chip

Abstract: Introduction was made to the background, principle, software and hardware plan of single chip-based intelligent transformation of winding temperature matcher. The traditional converter was substituted by the intelligent matcher taking the single chip as the main control unit. The closed-loop control of thermal analog experiment realized automatically adjusting of heating current, to solve the problem of winding temperature incorrect measurement fundamentality. The test result shows that the plan is applicable to intelligent transformation of various models of winding temperature controller, with higher application value.
