新疆電網(wǎng)有功控制模式的研究

摘 要:隨著新疆電網(wǎng)的總發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量及電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展,人工有功控制模式已無(wú)法滿足電網(wǎng)發(fā)展需求。對(duì)比分析了人工有功控制模式、AGC 自動(dòng)有功控制模式、實(shí)時(shí)滾動(dòng)計(jì)劃智能有功控制模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),結(jié)合新疆電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,通過(guò)修改調(diào)整AGC 系統(tǒng)以及實(shí)時(shí)滾動(dòng)計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)參數(shù),提高兩系統(tǒng)在新疆電網(wǎng)的實(shí)用性。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,有功控制模式的轉(zhuǎn)變提高了新疆電網(wǎng)有功調(diào)節(jié)性能,降低了電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn),增強(qiáng)了運(yùn)行人員對(duì)電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管控能力。

Study on Active Control Mode of Xinjiang Power Grid

Abstract: Following the development of Xinjiang total power generation installed capacity and power grid space truss structure, the artificial active control mode had no way to meet the demand of power grid development. Comparison analysis was made on advantages and disadvantages of artificial active control mode, AGC automatic active control mode and intelligent active control mode of real-time rolling planning. Combined with actual operation situations of Xinjiang Power grid, two system’s actual using ability was raised in Xinjiang power grid via amending and adjusting AGC system and system parameters of real-time rolling planning. Actual application shows that the change of active control mode has raised Xinjiang power grid active regulation performance, reduced power grid operation risk and strengthened operation management ability of operation personal for power grid.
