330 kV變壓器局部放電試驗加壓方式研究

摘 要: 針對330 kV 變壓器局放試驗,分析了試驗加壓方式并通過工程驗證得出變壓器低壓繞組額定電壓較高時,采用對稱加壓方法,試驗設(shè)備額定電壓可以降低為單邊加壓方案的一半,有利于提高工作效率。對稱加壓法試驗時,對變壓器高、低壓繞組之間絕緣及中、低壓繞組之間絕緣考核更為嚴(yán)格,低壓繞組端子耐受電壓情況更接近運行實際,有利于提高缺陷檢出率,保證設(shè)備的安全投運。

Study on Pressurized Way of Partial Discharge Test for 330 kV Transformer

Abstract: For 330 kV transformer partial discharge test, this paper analyzed the pressurized way of tests. The engineering verified that when the rated voltage of transformers low-voltage winding was higher, the symmetrical pressurized method was adopted and the rated voltage of test equipment could be reduced to half of the unilateral pressurized scheme, in favor of the improvement of work efficiency. At the time of symmetrical pressurized test, the assessment of insulation between the high and the low voltage windings was more stringent, as well as the assessment of insulation between the medium and the low voltage windings. The withstand voltage of low voltage winding terminals ran closer to the actual situation, in favor of improving the defect detection rate and ensuring the safety operation of equipment.
