中壓開關(guān)柜狀態(tài)監(jiān)測裝置設(shè)計

摘 要:以中壓開關(guān)柜的電壓、電流、頻率、功率和溫度為監(jiān)測對象,設(shè)計了一套以dsPIC單片機為核心的在線監(jiān)測裝置。該裝置由互感器采集開關(guān)柜的電壓和電流信號,頻率檢測模塊檢測電流頻率,紅外溫度傳感器采集開關(guān)柜的溫度信號,給出了硬件電路設(shè)計及軟件流程。實際運行結(jié)果表明,該裝置具有較高的測量精度且實現(xiàn)了對設(shè)備的非接觸式測溫。

Monitoring Device Design for Medium-Voltage Switchgear State

Abstract: With voltage, current, frequency, power and temperature of medium-voltage switchgear as monitoring objects, this paper designed a set of on-line monitoring device taking single chip dsPIC as the core. The device collected voltage and current signals of switchgear with mutual inductors, testing current frequencies with frequency modules and collecting temperature signals of switchgears with infrared temperature sensors. This paper gave the hardware circuit design and software flow chart. The actual operation result shows that the device is with higher measurement accuracy, realizing non-contact temperature measurement for the equipment.
