變電站高壓開關柜新型搖把的研制

摘 要:作為對高壓開關柜手車操作使用較多的工具,手動搖把在實際使用中存在著搖把種類較多、通用性差以及操作過程中脫把現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)力學原理,設計了一種新型搖把,采用弓形結(jié)構(gòu)加吸盤式固定方式,使操作過程中搖把固定牢固、受力均衡,解決了脫把問題;在搖把上加裝活動套頭,解決了搖把通用性差問題,大大提高了高壓開關柜倒閘操作效率。

Development of New Crank Used in Substation High-Voltage Switch Cabine

Abstract: As the tool to frequently operate the high-voltage switch cabinet handcart, the manual crank has some disadvantages existing in actual use, such as too many categories, short of generality and easy taken-off in operational process. According to mechanics principle, this paper designed a kind of new manual crank adopting the arched structure and suction-cup fixed way to fix the crank firmly in operational process and to make it stressed uniformly so as to solve the problem of crank taken-off. The active casing was added to the crank to solve the problem of low generality, which greatly improves the efficiency of high-voltage switch cabinet inverted brake operation.
