萬(wàn)能式斷路器防彈跳裝置與控制器配合的分析研究

摘 要:在斷路器的各個(gè)部件中,機(jī)構(gòu)部件對(duì)于多項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)具有重要作用。運(yùn)用 ADAMS 仿真軟件對(duì) HTW65 萬(wàn)能式斷路器出現(xiàn)故障后機(jī)構(gòu)再合閘瞬分的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行仿真研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)生機(jī)構(gòu)合閘瞬分的原因是機(jī)構(gòu)的復(fù)位反彈時(shí)間小于控制器的磁通信號(hào)釋放時(shí)間, 造成二次合閘瞬分的現(xiàn)象。提出了有效的改進(jìn)方案,并對(duì)改進(jìn)后制作的樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)方案有效解決了故障后機(jī)構(gòu)再合閘瞬分的問(wèn)題。

Analysis and Research on the Coordination of Anti-Bounce Device and
Controller of Universal Circuit Breakers

Abstract: Among all the parts of circuit breakers, the mechanism part plays an important role in a number of performance indexes. The simulation software ADAMS is used to simulate the mechanism re-closing instant breaking of HTW65 universal circuit breaker after the failure occurs to it. According to the simulation, the cause of the mechanism closing instant breaking is that the reset rebound time of the mechanism is less than the release time of the controller flux signal, which leads to the phenomenon of re-closing instant breaking. An effective improvement scheme is proposed, and the improved prototype is tested and verified. The results show that the improved scheme effectively solves the problem of mechanism re-closing instant breaking after the failure occurs.
