動態(tài)扭矩傳感器在機(jī)械傳動中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要:扭矩傳感器應(yīng)用在汽車電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向、鉆探扭桿、試驗(yàn)臺等機(jī)械傳動中需要測量扭矩和計(jì)算功率的場合。介紹了動態(tài)扭矩傳感器常見的工作原理和典型的安裝結(jié)構(gòu),分析了不同扭矩傳感器安裝時(shí)的不對中誤差和同軸度調(diào)整方法;針對扭矩傳感器安裝方式的不同,給出了聯(lián)軸器最佳選擇方案,為扭矩傳感器的工程應(yīng)用及軸系設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Application Research on Dynamic Torque Sensor in Mechanical Transmission

Abstract: The torque sensor is used in the applications, such as automotive power steering, drilling torsion bars, and test benches etc mechanical transmissions, where torque and power calculations are required. This paper introduced the common working principle of the dynamic torque sensor and the typical installation structure, analyzed the misalignment error and the coaxiality adjustment methods when different torque sensors were installed and gave the best coupling option according to the different installation methods of torque sensors, which provides references for the engineering of torque sensors and the design of shaft system.
