一二次深融柱上開關(guān)斷口絕緣試驗(yàn)方法研究

    摘 要:斷口絕緣試驗(yàn)是一二次深融柱上開關(guān)(柱開)的基礎(chǔ)試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目之一。根據(jù)試品電容和雜散電容分布拓?fù)浍@取機(jī)構(gòu)箱殼體理論電位,開展了機(jī)構(gòu)箱殼體電位和絕緣墊閃絡(luò)電壓測試,并采用改進(jìn)措施進(jìn)行斷口絕緣測試。結(jié)果表明:進(jìn)線側(cè)加壓時(shí),機(jī)構(gòu)箱殼體電位大于出線側(cè)加壓工況,印證了斷口試驗(yàn)擊穿現(xiàn)象;機(jī)構(gòu)箱殼體電位實(shí)測值和理論值相近;絕緣墊在點(diǎn)臟污時(shí)絕緣性能最差,閃絡(luò)電壓為干凈狀態(tài)的37%;根據(jù)絕緣墊厚度和臟污程度調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)箱放置位置,斷口絕緣試驗(yàn)通過。一二次深融柱開斷口絕緣試驗(yàn)時(shí),需關(guān)注機(jī)構(gòu)箱殼體電位,防止殼體對地放電干擾試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

Research on Test Method of the Fracture Insulation on the Primary and
Secondary Deep Melt Pole-Mounted Switch

    Abstract: The fracture insulation test is one of the basic test items of the primary and secondary deep melt pole-mounted switch (pole opening). In this paper, the theoretical potential of the mechanism box shell is obtained according to the distribution topology of sample capacitance and stray capacitance, and the flashover voltage test of the mechanism box shell and the insulating pad is carried out, and the fracture insulation test is carried out by using improved measures. The results show that, when the inlet side is pressurized, the potential of the casing of the mechanism box shell is greater than that of the outlet side, which confirms the breakdown phenomenon of the fracture test.The measured potential value of the mechanism box shell is similar to the theoretical value. The insulation pad has the worst insulation performance when it is dirty, and the flashover voltage is 37% of the clean state. According to the thickness of the insulation pad and the degree of dirt to adjust the placement position of the mechanism box shell, the fracture insulation test passed. In the fracture insulation test of the of the primary and secondary deep melt pole-mounted switch, it is necessary to pay attention to the potential of the shell of the mechanism box shell to prevent the shell from interfering with the test results by the discharge to the ground.
